A UK company, looking after pets in a lot of places
PawUrgent is a British pet-care company. We are based in London, our stock sits in fulfilment centres in the United Kingdom, and every order placed on this site is picked, packed and despatched from here.
We are also a long way from being UK-only. Our products are listed across Amazon marketplaces internationally, including the United States, and pet owners in a dozen countries have bought them. That reach is what lets us keep a small, focused range and still invest properly in it.
What we make
Eight formulas. That is the whole range, and we like it that way.
Most of what we make is an oral paste or gel in a graduated syringe: gut and digestive support, activated charcoal, dental care, eye care, calcium, taurine. The format is deliberate. A paste you can give straight from the syringe, measured to a line, is easier to use correctly than a powder you have to weigh, mix and hope your dog eats.
We would rather do eight things properly than forty things adequately.
What we believe
Everyday care should be simple enough to actually do. Most pet-care products fail not because the ingredients are wrong but because using them is a chore. If a product is awkward, it stays in the cupboard. So we design for the moment when your dog is squirming and you have one hand free.
Say what is true, and nothing more. We do not claim our products cure anything, prevent anything, or replace your vet. They are supplements and pet-care products. The ratings on this site are real ratings from real buyers, and the numbers are the numbers. If we cannot evidence a claim, we do not make it.
Your vet knows your pet. We do not. Nothing we sell is a substitute for veterinary advice, and we will always tell you to call them when that is the right answer.
Where we are going
We want PawUrgent to be the brand a pet owner reaches for without thinking — the one already in the cupboard, that works the way they expect, from a company that answers its email.
Practically, that means a wider range built the same way, better information on every product page, and a standard of honesty that makes the rest of the category look vague by comparison.
How we sell
Free delivery on every UK order, despatched within one working day and usually with you in about two. No minimum spend. Thirty days to change your mind, with a published returns policy rather than a vague promise.
Documentation available on request. Every product page carries its full ingredient list, and safety documentation for any product we sell is available on request — email support@pawurgent.com and tell us which product you mean.
Our products are also on Amazon, where customers leave verified reviews you can read before you buy from us. We think that is a fair test: the same product, reviewed somewhere we do not control.
