PawUrgent is a trading name of ATD VISION LTD. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean ATD VISION LTD, and "you" means the person using this website or placing an order.
These terms
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
What we sell
We sell pet-care supplements and pet-care products for dogs and cats. Our products are not medicines, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice, a diagnosis or a treatment. They are not a substitute for consulting a veterinary surgeon.
If your pet is unwell, is already on medication, is pregnant or nursing, or you are unsure whether a product is suitable, speak to your vet before use. Always read the product information before use.
Placing an order
Adding items to your basket and completing checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order — for example because an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly — we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK VAT. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
We try to keep prices and product information accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Discount codes
Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and have no cash value. We may withdraw a code at any time.

Delivery terms, timescales and what happens if an order does not arrive are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
If you are a UK consumer you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. In addition, we accept returns of most eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Some sealed products cannot be returned once opened, for health and hygiene reasons.

Faulty or misdescribed goods
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. If something is wrong with your order, email support@pawurgent.com and we will put it right.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Our content
The text, images, product photography and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Customer reviews
Ratings and reviews shown on this site are from genuine customers. Where a review was left on another marketplace, we say so. We do not write, buy or incentivise reviews, and we do not delete a review simply because it is critical.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses arising because you used a product other than as described in its product information.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption or supplier failure. If such an event occurs we will contact you and you may cancel for a refund of anything paid for goods not delivered.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email support@pawurgent.com with your order number and we will look into it. We aim to reply within UK working hours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
